Pumpkin Smoothie

Okay, so we know that's it's still summer but we've got hygge on the brain because today marks the relaunch of our seasonal Chocolate Pumpkin Pie soft-baked biscotti flavor! We know you've been waiting all year to get your hands on these cookies and now you can indulge all you want. So cozy on up to a box of these limited time indulgences and get your summer hygge on. 

Chocolate Pumpkin Pie soft-baked biscotti pairs exceptionally well with iced coffee, a cool milkshake, or refreshing smoothie. This recipe is the best of both worlds, helping you cool down for summer yet providing you with all the cozy spices of true fall hygge. Plus, pumpkin is rich in antioxidants, vitamins & minerals. We're falling a little early for pumpkin this year, and we just can't help showing our Pumpkin Pride with these delicious smoothies.

Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup organic milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup organic full-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Splash of vanilla extract

1 frozen banana

 

Method:

1. Combine in blender & puree until smooth. 

2. Add crushed Chocolate Pumpkin Pie soft-baked biscotti on top for a little crunch!

 

*For a dairy-free smoothie, use your favorite plant-based milk & yogurt.
