This recipe is the best of both worlds, helping you cool down for summer yet providing you with all the cozy spices of true fall hygge. Plus, pumpkin is rich in antioxidants, vitamins & minerals. 1 cup organic milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup organic full-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Splash of vanilla extract
1 frozen banana
1. Combine in blender & puree until smooth.
