PB & Banana Oatmeal Crunch
-Instant, rolled oats or your favorite oatmeal blend
Pinch of salt
-Marlo’s Bakeshop Gluten & Dairy-Free Banana Bread soft-baked biscotti, broken into small chunks
-1/2 Banana, thinly sliced
-1T Crunchy natural peanut butter
Prepare oatmeal according to brand instructions. In base of empty bowl, place peanut butter, ½ chopped soft-baked biscotti and banana slices. Pour warm oatmeal on top. Garnish with remaining biscotti pieces & sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve Immediately
Make it yours:
-Replace peanut butter with any other nut butter or Nutella.
-Replace banana with fresh strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
-Use any flavor soft-baked biscotti you like!
-Top with maple syrup, honey, agave syrup or preserves for additional sweetness.
