Hello Lover! Those were the first words out of my mouth, when I opened this nice little package of goodness… What is not to love? Seriously though, these are really tasty and not too sweet.

I'm going to have to hide them from myself, so I don't over indulge, but at only 100 calories per piece, that's not much more than my other snack bars that I have with coffee or as an afternoon snack.
