Inspired by her Moroccan grandmother's Tahini Cookies, our friend Danielle passed on this rich yet delicate recipe for cookies that we can't. Stop. Eating.  Organic tahini- a peanut butter-like paste made from ground, roasted sesame seeds- marries with organic honey and a touch of sea salt to create a beautifully balanced snack cookie that's as elegant as it is delicious.
